Day 12's theme: a pony with a bladed weapon. Someone really ought to tell Derpy that barbers use scissors, not what appears to be a machete.

I ended up rushing Lyra since work kind of cut my time short, so forgive any mistakes there. She nearly ended up hornless and tailless in my haste, and both her and Derpy almost lost their cutie marks, so this could have been far worse
